 Charlene M. Proctor, Ph.D. is a researcher, author, and educator in the field of women’s empowerment and female work culture, providing guidance through everyday complexity with female imagery and positive thinking.
She is the founder of The Goddess Network, Inc., an organization for women who want to discover the feminine principle within. Her lectures, workshops, and electronic programs reach a worldwide audience daily, offering people support form all walks of life by encouraging them to discover the sacred feminine within. As a former simulation architect who has researched issues on learning organizations, female leadership, the environment, and corporate spirituality, Dr. Proctor empowers women by discussing topics on life balance, reclaiming the goddess within, abundance thinking, consciously creating your day, and affirmative thinking. She is currently changing lives by bringing a feminine value base to organizations and redesigning the metaphors we use for a working world. A wide range of institutions, which include community organizations and corporations, have used her as a resource, and numerous universities have supported her work. Charlene M. Proctor holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Michigan.
Although Charlene has written numerous papers on the subject of simulation, organizational learning, and recycling technologies, her material for a wider audience gives her the greatest pleasure.
