Neil brings a leadership perspective and skills won, literally, in the trenches - as a former paratrooper with the 101st Airborne, a manager for Johnson & Johnson, and the president of Self-Leadership Seminars.
He has published articles in The New England Journal of Medicine and Readers Digest, and is the author of four books and a Nightingale-Conant tape series. He earned his B.S. in Economics from St. Peter's College, Jersey City; his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland in Counseling; and completed his Psychology internship at the University of California at Berkeley where he was awarded the University of California's Distinguished Achievement Award.
