Who is Patricia Crane?

 Dr. Crane is an expert in the field of human potential. She earned her Ph.D. in social psychology with a specialty focus on worksite wellness programs, developing and implementing wellness programs for five companies with 6,000 employees.
The programs she administered included stress management, weight loss, quit smoking, and exercise. Dr. Crane has presented to numerous corporate and community groups on the topics of effective communication skills, stress reduction, and optimum performance.

After leading workshops for a number of years, Patricia was asked to lead self-help workshops by best selling author Louise Hay. These workshops developed into a successful international training program. She has trained hundreds of trainers in 41 states and 31 countries in the dynamic mind-body-spirit principles of optimum performance.
